How Meth Is Made

There are a couple ways of making meth and many ingredients are used. Most of the ingredients for making meth can be found in our homes. And handling these toxic ingredients, as well as mixing them, is very hazardous to our health as well as it is very hazardous the environment.

Meth is made from a very easy recipe and can be cooked and ready in 6 to 8 hours in a mobile meth lab where the cookware can be relocated to avoid detection of any fumes or vapors that are associated with the making of meth. It costs about $140 to make one ounce of meth and can be sold for as much as $1200.

22. other solvents.

These chemicals can cause nausea, headaches, dizziness, and eye and skin burns and irritation. The contamination present in a former meth lab can affect soil, ground water, air, furniture, and structure materials, such as flooring, vents, and walls. Many of the contaminants present during the cooking process can be harmful if humans or pets are exposed to them. Cases have been reported where children and adults living in a house or other structure that formerly contained a lab encountered lingering health problems.
